Dennett Limited preview – Don’t get me wrong, there are some important ideas in here, but it is so not reader friendly. The essays dennnett grouped into four sections: Jul 19, Tim rated it liked it.

This anniversary edition includes a new introduction by Dennett, “Reflections on Brainstorms after Forty Years,” in which he recalls the book’s original publication by Harry and Betty Stanton of Bradford Books and considers the influence and afterlife of some of dennetg essays.

This book has some worthy insights, and is good for understanding the popular psych view from the era it brsinstorms written in, and has some nice insights on the author’s psychological worldview on the nature of dreams, although I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody generally–maybe for some specific academic purposes.
