There are places that kurzweol right over my head with a lot of detail and graphs fantadtic topics related to the body, cells, cancers, mutations, etc. A genomic test might be worth the investment! So the book does not disappoint. The basic premise is that since, according to Kurzweil, the singularity is coming soon, we should do all we possibly can to maintain our health so that we’re still around when the rapid changes of the singularity begin to happen.
