That’s just what they are. Hardcover89 pages. What starts as an unsettling story, turns into something truly horrific as Cecelia Ahern delves into a darker world than we have ever seen her dabble in before. Making the unpleasant memories hard to remember. The second story was more my thing but again I felt as though the story was rushed and unexplained.

Cerpen Girl in the Mirror, lumayan mencekam dan bikin saya penasaran. A terrible family secret comes to light on the day of her wedding but it could have easily been any other day. Girl in the Mirror ended far too abruptly and left me feeling confused and wanting to find out exactly how Lila escaped her mirror world, because I don’t think it was explained very clearly. There were two short stories in this one book: A dark and poignant story revolving round Lila and her grandmother, Ellie or Grellie, as she is fondly called.
